Minutes for the Public Hearing of the Proposed Regulation Amending Chapter 630A of NAC

1. Meeting called to order at 10:02 a.m., visitors were welcomed, asked to sign in
and roll call was taken.

2. Board Members and Staff Present: Phillip Minton, Wendy Gallerani (Executive
Director), Ned Reed (Deputy Attorney General), Daniel Royal, Fuller Royal, Diane Kennedy, and Janie Greenspun-Gale

Board Members Absent: David Edwards and Linda Read

Visitors Present: Mary Boetsch, Thomas Bradley, Louis Test

3. Phillip Minton stated that the board just concluded a public workshop on the temporary regulation concerning the amendment of chapter 630A of the Nevada Administrative code pertaining to the regulation of homeopathic medicine over the internet to patients within the State of Nevada. He asked the public to view the recommended changes and ask for any public comment. There were no comments made.

4. Meeting adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
